How I earned this Designation as an SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist

To receive this designation, I participated in a 16 hour class aimed specifically at the needs of Senior Citizens.  Their definition of Senior is "anyone over 50 years of age"..........but most of the classes were geared at Baby Boomers (born 1946-1964) and Matures (born 1901-1945)   I, personally, am a Baby Boomer and my parents are Matures.  My children are Millenials.  My Grandchildren are Generation Zs.  It's COMPLICATED but we all grew up in different times and therefore have different outlooks on life and MONEY.  I received instruction about the various types of housing and options for housing as we age and our needs change.   It was enlightening and I'd love to share what I learned with you and to be able to make the money and housing part of aging, easier............    I want to help you feel more secure and happier in Part Two of your lives.
